Social Media Specialist

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Specialist to join The BEPS Network. This position is a contracted role and requires an individual with a strong understanding of social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and a creative mindset.

Responsibilities:

- Handle multiple social media accounts for The BEPS Network, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute social media strategies that align with our brand messaging and objectives.

- Create engaging and visually compelling graphic designs, including banners, infographics, and social media posts, to enhance our online presence.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, algorithms, and best practices in social media marketing, and implement them into our strategies to ensure maximum reach and engagement.

- Develop and manage social media calendars, ensuring that content is scheduled and delivered in a timely manner.

- Monitor and analyze the performance metrics of our social media accounts, providing regular reports and insights to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns.

- Identify opportunities for growth, engagement, and community building on social media platforms.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage and execute social media campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

- Proficient in graphic design tools and software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.

- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop unique social media campaigns.

- Familiarity with analytics tools to track and measure the success of social media campaigns.

- Self-motivated and adaptable with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
